Grandad Wheels
Children thoroughly enjoyed a visit from the author Brian Abram, aka Grandad Wheels, on Tuesday. Throughout the morning he spoke to children from all classes, reading them some of his stories and telling them about his adventures. Following this, children were given the challenge of designing Brian an amazing new wheelchair. Brian took time to visit each class and he talked to the children about their designs. A number of children bought some of Brian’s books, raising a tremendous £429 for the charities Brian supports. Thank you Grandad Wheels!
