We love Reading!
In Year 6, we are passionate about reading as we believe it is the key to learning. Reading is also a pleasure which can take you to places you would never go and to meet a hoard of remarkable characters you would never meet in real life. Reading also gives you access to a world of information and fascinating facts.
During Year 6, the children will be immersed in high-quality texts from a range of genres and authors. By doing this, we hope to encourage all children to be lifelong readers and develop a love for independent reading.
