2Go on Purple Mash - continuing our work on algorithms

Turtle Logo - Can we draw shapes using an algorithm? Yes we can!

Our Autumn 2 topic has been all about art using computers. We have looked at artists such as Mondrian and Picasso. Before we attempted to recreate a Picasso picture, we practised using the shape, line and fill colour tools in paint. Here we are having a go on the netbooks!

Recently, we have been developing our word processing skills. We have learned to type using capital letters, finger spaces, full stops and commas. Today we practised editing text by typing our name then changing different aspects such as colour, size, font, bold, italics, underline, highlighted and more. It was great fun!
