Chinese New Year Celebrations

On Friday we finished our work on Chinese New Year with a big celebration! We paraded around school putting on a dragon dance for all the other children and played musical instruments. Then we returned to class and listened to a Chinese folk story. After that we had a banquet. There were lots of things to eat: noodles, prawn crackers, stir fry, lychees, rice. It was great fun!
