Fair Trade Market
Thanks to every one who came along to our Fairtrade Market on Wednesday,28th March 2012.
The Eco Councillors have been very busy organising the event, collecting in books for the book exchange stall and recycled uniform.
We were also very lucky to have a stall run by Sainsbury's who had a selection of their fairtrade goods on display and provided a taste testing session for faritrade chocolate and bananas......... this proved very popular!
The book exchange stall was also very popular. Children brought books into school which they no longer needed and received a token. On the day of the Fairtrade Market they were then able to exchange their token for another book.
