Family- People
We have thoroughly enjoyed exploring and sharing our family trees with each other. Jesus also has a family tree and we have been describing key stories from the Bible of individuals who relate to Jesus. One of our favourite stories throughout this topic was about Joseph and his Dreamcoat. We listened to ‘Any Dream Will Do’ and responded by retelling the story, making links to Christian life today.
To conclude our topic, we took part in a celebration of our learning and held a worship, remembering key words, people and stories that we have been exploring. In small groups, we planned our celebration and then gathered together as a class. We are really enjoying quality time together and moments of reflection allow us to be still and reflect on the word of God.
