St. Patrick's Primary School Netball Team

This year, we are fortunate enough to have two Netball teams which will take part in the Southport Schools Netball Northern league and Development league. We are hoping to organise a couple of friendly game for the netball reserve team once the league has finished and the tournament has taken place.

They  are coached by Mrs Ginty (A Team) and Mrs Taylor (Development Team)  and training will take place on Monday nights after school from 3.30 - 4.30pm. Netball club will be for the children selected from the trials and they will be asked to commit and attend weekly practices and matches.

Although the Netball team is currently open to pupils in Year 5 and 6, all children across Key Stage 2 have the opportunity to learn Netball skills duing P.E lessons, which is good preparation for netball team selections in later years.
